Yellowhead County Fire Ban - Effective Immediately
Yellowhead County is issuing a Fire Ban for the area of the County East of Hwy 22 and north of Hwy 16. Permit issuance is suspended until further notice and all current permitted burns must be extinguished.

Rosevear Ferry Open for the Season
The Rosevear Ferry is now open for the summer season. The ferry will be operating on a daily basis from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. For more information please contact the Edson Office at 780-723-4800.

No Wood Products Accepted at Transfer Stations
Yellowhead County would like to inform all county residents that wood and wood products will not be accepted at any county transfer stations due to the high wildfire hazard in our region.
