Use this tool to add stops/points to the route when you are using the Routing feature (in the Routing tab).
How to use this tool:
1. Click once on the tool icon.
The cursor will turn into a crosshairs.
2. Click on the road where you would like to make the stop.

A new window will open showing the stop description.
3. Click Save to add the stop to the route.

4. Click on the tool icon again and repeat steps 2 and 3 to add another stop.
The stops will be listed under the routing tab.
