Use this spatial tool to select parcels by an irregular shape.
How to use this tool:
1. Click the Select by Polygon icon.
The cursor will turn into a crosshairs.
2. Click once where you want to start the polygon.
3. Click again for the second point.
4. Pull your mouse out to make the shape.
5. Click again for each additional point.
6. Double click when you are done.
Any parcels inside or touching the polygon will be selected and outlined in blue.
