• Support for Windows Internet Explorer 9.

• New interface look.
• The apply changes button has been removed and features are now turned on/off when they are checked/unchecked.  While the user is waiting for a feature to be added to the map, the user can still interact with the map and even request a new map (zoom in/out, etc).
• The ortho photos are now turned on/off by using the Imagery button in the top right corner of the map and not from the legend.
• The overview map can now be accessed from the bottom right corner of the map, as well as the toolbar.
• New attribute dialog for better display of data.
• Pan tool has been improved to actually move the map while panning.  There has also been a shortcut key added for the panning – hold “Alt” and then use the mouse to pan.
• Improved, searchable help file.
• Linear events dialog has been redesigned for better usability.
• Legend frame (left side) can be collapsed to give full screen mapping.
• Tooltips can be enabled and disabled by right clicking on the map.
• Scrolling the mouse will initiate a client side zoom in/out on the map to the cursor location.  This functionality is only enabled after the user has zoomed two or more times and can be disabled in the right click options of the map.
• Searches have now been split up to allow attribute and spatial searches to be performed separately.
• Video logging has been added that allows the user to virtually “drive” down municipal roads.

• Changed map presentation format from CGM to SVG.
• New page layout making the map screen larger, moved map themes and searches to side frame.
• Added the abilty to expand and collapse all feature class groups in the legend.
• New Map Point Manager which is used to toggle on and off icons, representing various points of interest and attributable objects, are displayed in WebMap.
• Assessment reports are now displayed in thier own dialog and can show reports now for multiple years.
• The managing of user accounts have improved, users also now have the ability to manage/change thier own passwords.
• New/Improved toolbar map utilities:
  • All Searches can now be accessed by selecting the Searches toolbar item .
  • Added the ability for the creation of user specific labels that can be displayed on the map window by selecting the Label Manager toolbar item.
  • By using the Attribute Query toolbar item you can now create new attribute queries on legend entries in the map.
  • Added the ability to view all layers/ elements of information that may be inaccessible because other elements/ feature classes may be overlap it. Use the Layers Info toolbar item to display the inaccessible elements/ feature class items.
• New/Improved Searches:
  • Oil and Gas search will allow you to locate a Well, Pipeline, or Facility by Owner Name.
  • Transportation search will locate a road by road name/ alias or an intersection of two road.
  • Rural Address search will locate residence/ improvements by rural address.
  • Landmark search will locate landmarks by type (sports facilities, schools, cemeteries, churches, halls, hotel/motels, government buildings, campgrounds etc) and then then select one or group of landmark specific properties.
  • Improved Disposition Search that now has the ability to search by disposition owner and then list all dispositions for that owner.
• Now included with all searches, when you perform a search, you can now export parcel information (owner and property information) based on your search critera. If you want to include more selection items, you can use the Spaital toolbar and select by Circle, Radius, Polygon, or by selecting multiple points, to select/ include additional parcels in your exported results.
• Now included with most searches, you can add a selection buffer radius around your search results.
• New print manager dialog that allows you to customize how you want your map printed. You can choose from three page sizes (Letter, Legal, 11x17) and also select either landscape or legal layouts. You are also able to select which items appear on your printout like the Legend, Disclaimer, Overview/ Zoomed out Map, and search results information..
• A current scale box has been added to the map window. If you would like to jump to a known scale range, enter the value to jump to the desired scale.

• A scale icon has been added to the legend to indicate if a feature is displayed in the map window or not for that scale. Zooming to a scale outside of the feature's range causes this feature to turn off and then making the legend entry icon be grey.
• Legend feature groups that users choose to collapse or expand are remembered until a user chooses another theme.
• Features that are displayed a thematic are now collapsed in the legend to save room. The feature's symbology can be now viewed by clicking the thematic button beside the feature.
• New/Improved toolbar map utilities:
  • Improved Zoom in, zoom out functionality that zooms in at center of map and keeps previous searched upon selections.
  • Added Zoom to Nominal Scale functionality
  • Added Panning functionality
• Added the ability to view Well Production History when a well is selected from the map window.
• New/Improved Searches:
  • New search by Latitude/Longitude that allows a user to enter coordinates and zoom to that specific region.
• Corrected printing problem where the map graphic would not appear on a single page when trying to print to a letter size document.
• Improved the overview map to display both the base map and electorial boundaries.
